We wanted to create a friendly atmosphere where you can sit down, read a newspaper over a cup of coffee, and feel totally relaxed. Joyce was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, graduated Samuel J. Tilden High School. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Bernard Baruch College in New York City. Joyce has over two decades of accounting experience in manufacturing, banking and the entertainment industries. During her employment, Joyce has been an instrumental partner in a variety of projects that focuses on enhancing businesses and customer care relationships. The major contribution that Joyce brought to her previous employers was her passion for providing the best customer service experience for each company serviced by their firm. In 2003, Joyce moved to Charlotte, North Carolina.
